Do you ship internationally?


The Brink currently only ships domestically within the United States.




I purchased a product that I would like to return. What's the process?


We want everyone to be happy with their order and do accept returns. It is important to let us know within 7 days that you would like to return the item. Our full return policy can be found here.




What is your order processing time?


Our standard order processing time is 2 days. In order to keep our employees safe as we experience the impact of COVID-19, this may be occasionally be extended when we encounter high volumes of orders. If your order is affected, we will use the email you provide us at check out to notify you. While we do our best to keep items in stock and ready to ship, we are seeing some disruptions. Any product affected will clearly state so on its product page.




How do I check the status of my order?


Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at check-out. If it has been two days since you have placed your order and you have not yet received your tracking number, please email us at info@thebrink.com for an update.




What is your shipping time?


Shipping times vary depending on the method and start after the processing time. First Class: 5-7 days Priority Mail: 1-3 days Priority Express: 1 day
